Föreningen äger och förvaltar fastigheten Järnet 10 i Tyresö kommun, marken förvaltas genom delägarförvaltning GA 1 med Järnet 8 och Järnet 9. Föreningen består av 64 bostadsrätter som byggdes 2005-2006 med adress Axel Wennergrens Väg 16-22 (jämna nummer).

For a railroad project connecting California with Alaska, he got in touch with Glenn Hagen, previously an engineer with Northrop Aircraft, who had founded Logistics Research in Redondo Beach outside Los Angeles, developing computers based on magnetic drum memory.
